The Vice-Principal of a government school, 57-year-old Taiwo Ajayi, has been caught defiling a 12-year-old student of the school. He was caught by one of the staff in the school, Mr Victor Babayemi.
He reported the matter after suspecting the movement of the young girl inside the vice principal’s office.
“The witness became apprehensive when the student, after spending a considerable time in the VP’s office, did not come out. The witness went near the door and discovered it was bolted from behind, she knocked and the movements, sounds and subsequent demeanor of both the suspect and the victim gave them away.”

A dog owner from north eastern England has been threatened with police action after his ageing pet Rottweiler was registered to vote in next month's European Parliament elections, it emerged Tuesday.
Russell Hoyle, 45, from Stockton near Newcastle, was asked to attend a police interview and risks a fine or even prison for the registration of his dog Zeus, according to the local Evening Gazette newspaper.

It is indeed pertinent to ask if Goodluck Jonathan, the armed forces over which he presides as Commander-in-Chief, and other security agencies, will go after the terrorists that abducted more than 200 teenage girls into their hideout in Sambisa Forest, in Borno State.

An Illinois mother gave birth, then allegedly put her newborn in a plastic bag to die because she didn’t want her boyfriend to know the child wasn’t his.
The Chicago Tribune first reported that Ana Rosa Mora, an 18-year-old Chicago resident, gave birth at her home on April 19. Mora then immediately placed the baby boy in a plastic Walmart bag and went back to sleep, prosecutors said in court last Saturday.
Mora is now facing a first-degree murder charge.
The child’s body was discovered by a construction worker near a gangway just a few hours later. The child, who a medical examiner confirmed was alive before being placed in the bag, died of asphyxiation and possible exposure.

Three suspected kidnappers were beaten up and burnt to death by mobs in separate incidents in Oshogbo, Osun State on Friday.
Police Public Relations Officer in the command, Mrs. Folasade Odoro, told a Lagos based newspaper that another suspect was caught and mobbed at Alekuwodo area of the Oshogbo.
The Alekuwodo suspect, who was allegedly caught with three children, was rescued by the police before he was set ablaze.

Yoruba actress Ronke Ojo popularly known as Ronke Oshodi Oke, has explained why she and her husband don't live together...despite the fact that they both live in Lagos. Nigeria’s military said it has tracked down and surrounded the location, where over 200 schoolgirls who were abducted two weeks ago from Government Secondary School, Chibok, are reportedly being held captive by Islamist sect Boko Haram.
The military is said to be applying caution in its approach having identified the various camps where the girls are held, to ensure their safety it explores several options, including intense negotiations by locals and the Borno State Government to secure their release.
“The operation is being strategically carried in a very covert manner because the terrorists will not hesitate to use any of the girls as human shields or even kill them in the event of an attack.
“Another thing you must consider is that apart from being a large expanse of land area, the Sambisa forest also has many clusters of villages and settlements that can suffer from the collateral damage, should an all-out bombardment be carried out.

The 37 former members of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the House of Representatives are set to present an impeachment motion against President Goodluck Jonathan.

Dependable industry sources have confirmed to Nigeriafilms.com that veteran Nigerian filmmaker, Amaka Igwe is dead. The respected woman was pronounced dead in the early hours of Tuesday, April 29, 2014.
From information gathered by us, Amaka Igwe breathed her last after battling with Asthma attack.
She produced the popular comedy series, ‘Fuji House of Commotion’ and ‘Checkmate’.
Amaka Igwe is survived by her husband, Charles Igwe and children. She was aged 60.

Ann Maguire, 61, is the first teacher to be killed in the classroom of a British school. She was stabbed in the neck in front of pupils at the Corpus Christie Catholic College school in Leeds.
According to the BBC, the Spanish teacher was taken to the hospital following the attack but was later pronounced dead. A 15-year-old boy was later arrested for her murder and is in custody.
A pupil at the scene told the BBC that children were seen screaming and running from a classroom following the attack.

For over 30 years, a man in China has been living with a horn growing out of his neck. 62-year-old Li Zhibing, from Shiyan in Hubei Province, said that the unusual growth first appeared on his neck in 1980. Since then, the horn has been growing at an alarming pace so Li’s friends actually help him saw it off twice a year.
Li’s greatest wish is to find out more about the mysterious horn and what caused it. Earlier, he used to visit a local doctor who treated it with herbs from the nearby mountains. America Joins The Search For The Abducted 200 School Girls

The United States of America and Britain have joined the search for the 200 girls abducted from Government Girls Secondary School, Chibok, Borno, by the dreaded Boko Haram sect.

Nigerian soldiers had initially claimed that it had rescued all but 18 of the girls. But the school principal, Asabe Kwabura, debunked the military's claim. Also, parents who tried to rescue the children from Sambisa Forest where they are reportedly being kept by Boko Haram had to turn back when they learnt that the sect was heavily armed and that they might lose their lives if they should move further into the forest.

A man was caught fondling a woman’s breast for five minutes, as she slept on a recent British Airways flight from London to San Francisco.
The unidentified woman was taking a nap when the male passenger, Vinay Pochampally, reached over from his seat behind her, and slipped his hand inside her blouse while other passengers watched, Daily Mail reports. He was reportedly intoxicated when he did this.

The Ogun State Police Command said it has recovered the head of the two-year-old child who was beheaded at Ofada village in Obafemi Owode Loal Government Area of Ogun State.

The spokesperson of the command, Mr Muyiwa Adebajo, stated this in a statement issued in Abeokuta on Thursday.
The News Agency of Nigeria reports that the police arrested a suspected ritual killer on April 1 for beheading a baby after defiling the mother.

A 10-year-old schoolboy allegedly defiled a classmate in the school toilets after watching a P0*nograpic movie, Mold Crown Court in the United Kingdom has heard.

The incident happened two years ago when both boys were 10 years old and attended the same school in the Colwyn Bay area.
It’s alleged that the boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, took the complainant into the toilets after one of the classes where they had s*xual intercourse.
