The suspected thieves
Three members of the One Million Boys gang terrorising Ajangbadi and Shibiri areas at Oto-Awori Local Development Council Area of Lagos State, have been arrested by the policemen attached to Ilemba Hausa Division.
Vanguard gathered that the suspects, Eze Ikasuana, 24; Kabiru Sadiq, 22, and Emeka Emwis 25, were arrested when they attacked motorists and pedestrians plying the Ajangbadi-Shibiri Road, with machetes and locally-made guns, dispossessing them of cash and other valuables.

Police sources disclosed that some motorists, who escaped the robbery, alerted police and a team of anti-robbery policemen from Ilemba Hausa Division were deployed to the scene where they arrested three of the suspects and recovered a locally-made gun. It was gathered that two of the suspects, Eze and Emeka, were residents of Ajangbadi, while Kabiru was said to have been invited from Sango Area of Ogun State, for the operation.

Members of the One Million Boys gang have terrorized several towns of Lagos State in recent times. They injure, rape and steal. Lagos State Police Command spokesperson, SP Dolapo Badmus, who confirmed the arrest of the suspects, told Vanguard that the suspects have been transferred to Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS, of the Command. She added that the suspects will be charged to court at the end of investigations.
