A man simply identified as Rasaki Adedayo has been been caught in the premises of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State allegedly attempting to set up an explosive material.
According to reports, the was caught with what looked like petrol mixed with an unidentified chemical. The students are of the opinion that he was trying to blow up the Awo Hall in the school but this has not been confirmed by the relevant security agencies.
He has, however, been handed him over to security operatives for further interrogation.
