Pastor lays hands on members Private part during Prayer. Is this Appropriate?

                   
All in the name of salvation..............is this proper? pastor lays hand on her private part.

    since both are ladies, there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. besides, do u know if the lady has been praying for a child, or needs "healing" in dat area? u never could tell

    it does not mean since both of them are ladies its means nothing to me, because nobody knows the point of the prayer or deliverance

    That's Sexual assault and it's criminal. It matters whether they are both females , male to female , male to male or female to male.
