Photos: Mad Man storms Lagos Secretariat, demanding to See Governor Ambode

Wonders shall never end. This mentally unstable guy created a scene at the Lagos State secretariat when he demanded to see the governor of Lagos on Monday. The case was so funny that people started arguing about the man's mission. Some say "he is mad", others say "no, he is a kidnapper."

But he was serious. "I want to see Ambode," he demanded. "What for?" one of the security guys asked as he rained koboko on his head. The guy still went ahead to display his madness. More pics...

He was later driven away when the security personnel were certain that the young man is indeed unstable.
