Khloe Kardashian has gushed about her first meeting with sister Kim's baby boy Saint.
Khloe became one of the first family to visit Kim after she gave birth on Saturday.Lamar is also at the same hospital .

Following the visit, Khloe shared her joy with fans during a live stream:

 "My new nephew was born he is so cute and so perfect."I love him and mummy and daddy are doing fantastic."
